Can I change the shipping address on my order?

You may request a change to your shipping address before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not always possible. Please contact us at orders@lightingdisty.com.

Can I return an item for a refund?

We have a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order or before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please email orders@lightingdisty.com.

When will my card be charged?

Your payment method is authorized at checkout and is charged when your order is processed.

Are orders delivered on weekends?

Carrier delivery schedules vary. Most carriers do not deliver standard shipments on weekends or holidays. Delivery depends on the carrier’s service in your area.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking typically activates shortly after the carrier scans the package.
