We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Lighting Disty. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please read the details below for eligibility, costs, and processing.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Costs & Fees

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• A 35% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

These fees apply to all returns, including defective, damaged, incorrect, or customer-preference returns, to ensure consistency and compliance with our product handling and inspection processes.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if the item is in new condition and within the 14-day return window. Exchange requests follow the same return process and costs listed above.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Sale, clearance, or discontinued items
• Special-order or custom-ordered items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours or before it has shipped. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead require a return.
