At Lighting Disty, our goal is to provide clear and reliable shipping for all orders shipped within the United States. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States of America.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Handling time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
Transit Time
- Estimated transit time: 1–8 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and other factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 12:00 pm (GMT-00:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) are considered received on that business day. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Delivery Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@lightingdisty.com.
Address changes can only be made before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible, but we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. In general, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
